159 - Eric Feigl: My Favorite Fitness & Health Apps
Wednesday Mar 04, 2020
Wednesday Mar 04, 2020
Just a quick one to share my favorite and most used fitness and health apps. If you're like me and enjoy tracking different areas of your fitness and health then this episode is for you. These apps I use either daily, weekly, and occasionally hourly. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's necessary (or healthy) to track like crazy then take those results as gospel. Instead treat the results as a marker to improve on areas the best you can knowing that there is always give and take depending on your goals. I go into more detail about what I like and dislike in a couple of the apps.
Apple Health is a built in iOS application and is not available on the app store. Check your device for more info.
