Out for a walk with my dog, Dex, I started thinking about how to tackle building consistency. Build it backwards means looking at what is actually stopping you from being consistent with any goal. Work overload? Staying up too late? Stuck in traffic? All these things can be the reason why you're not consistent...start from the reason and get to the goal.
